Children, ages 4-12, explore the natural environment by participating in a variety of age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities that are fun as well as educational. Groups are small and determined by age and grade level. Each group is led by an adult teacher and an assistant. Sessions meet three mornings per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, rain or shine. A snack is provided each day. All programs take place in the park and begin at the Log Cabin located beyond the office on South Cheyney Road near Baltimore Pike. Sessions are $75.00 each.

Children who participate in both Summer Discovery and an afternoon Heritage Workshop may bring lunch and stay. Supervision is provided during lunch hour.

Space is limited, sign up early. NO refunds after June 15.
