1. Call 610.459.2359 or email info@newlingristmill.org to schedule a field trip. Please try to schedule your field trips at least one month in advance. Space fills up quickly, especially in the fall and spring.


  1. Please have the following information ready:

  • A school calendar: consult with a school calendar in advance so we can plan around holidays, in-service days, early dismissals, and other school events.

  • Alternative dates: Have two alternative dates ready in case your first choice date is already booked.

  • Name and contact information of teachers and group leaders.

  • Grade level or age group

  • Number of students

  • Arrival and departure times

  • Programs or tours you would like to schedule. If you are unsure of your options, we will be be happy to provide suggestions based on what your students are learning about in school.


  1. Once your reservation is finalized, you will be emailed a confirmation sheet and estimated invoice. Please check that all of the details are correct. If there are questions, please contact us as soon as possible.


  1. Payment:

  • Please make checks payable to Newlin Grist Mill.

  • Cash payments are accepted.

  • Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
